What you're paying for

A Loose Thread membership gives you access to the full site: the daily edition, trend explainers, the leaderboard, the it list, the palette and the events diary. It renews automatically each month at the price shown when you joined, until you cancel.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account page (“Manage payment or cancel”). You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Your 14-day cancellation right

UK law normally gives you 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. Because membership gives you digital content straight away, we ask you to agree at checkout that access starts immediately, which means that right no longer applies once you've joined. You can still cancel future payments at any time.

Price changes

If the price ever changes, we'll email you before your next payment so you can decide whether to stay.
